Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use cloverloop.ca or buy from us. Cloverloop.ca is operated by 1595051 B.C. LTD, operating as Cloverloop (Clover Loop) (“Cloverloop”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We’ve tried to keep them plain and short.

1. Who can order

We currently ship within Canada only, so orders must have a Canadian shipping address.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item can’t be made, if there’s an obvious error in a price or listing, or if we suspect fraud. Please check your size, colour and shipping address before you order, because every item is made to order.

3. Prices and tax

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We don’t currently charge sales tax. The full total, including any shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and products may change from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Payment

The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details. Your order goes into production once payment is received.

5. Production times

Every item is printed to order in Canada after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75 CAD. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and order. Delivery time depends on your province and the carrier, and you’ll see the estimated delivery time at checkout. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Please check your address carefully. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was incorrect or it went unclaimed, we can reship it once you confirm the address, at your cost. If you don’t reply within 14 days of our email, the order can’t be reshipped or refunded. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 7. Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or colour. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and send a photo. We’ll reprint it free of charge or refund the item and its shipping. Our full Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Product images and colours

Product images are mockups. Colours, print placement and details can look slightly different on your screen than on the finished tee, and sizes can vary a little from the size chart.

9. Our designs

All designs, artwork, text, logos and images on this site belong to Cloverloop or are used with permission. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the rights to the design. Please don’t copy, reproduce or sell our designs without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.
