Shipping & Returns

Every Cloverloop tee is made to order just for you. Each one is printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful, from its facility in Mississauga, Ontario.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Production & delivery times

Each order is printed on demand. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and then your order is on its way. Delivery time depends on your province and the carrier, and you’ll see the estimated delivery time at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from your address and order, so you’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also check its progress on our order tracking page.

Returns & exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or colour. Please choose your size carefully before you order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll reprint it or refund it at no cost to you. There’s no need to send it back.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If several items are affected, one photo showing them all together is perfect.

Lost packages & addresses

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of its estimated delivery date, let us know and we’ll investigate. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but shipping charges will apply.
