Privacy Policy

Cloverloop.ca (“Cloverloop”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Order details: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the items you purchase.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Messages: anything you send us through our contact form.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and improve our store. If you choose to join our mailing list, we’ll also send you occasional news and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Printful, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, receives your name, shipping address, contact details and order contents so it can print and ship your order.
• Our payment provider processes your payment securely. We never see or store your full card details.
• Shipping carriers receive the details they need to deliver your package.
• Review invitations: if you opt in at checkout, an independent review service (CusRev) may email you a review request after your order.
• Service providers who host and maintain our website, and authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. In that case it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart and wishlist working, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and record how you found our store (order attribution). We also use cookies to speed up pages through our caching system (LiteSpeed Cache). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

Fonts

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep other information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. If you have a concern, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
